Hesap sayfasında Tehlikeli Bölge bölümüne inin.
Hesabı Sil'e dokunun ve onaylayın.
Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız silme sırasında Apple'ın doğrulama sayfası açılır ve Mootchy'nin Apple hesabınıza erişimi de iptal edilir. Sayfayı tamamlamadan kapatırsanız hesabınız silinmez.

Silme işlemi tamamlandığında bu verilerin hiçbiri geri getirilemez.
Ne kadar sürer
Verileriniz istek anında veritabanından silinir. Yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde döngüden çıkar.
Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız
Telefonunuza erişiminiz yoksa veya giriş yapamıyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@mootchy.com adresine yazın.
Kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra hesabınızı sizin adınıza sileriz ve en geç 30 gün içinde dönüş yaparız.
Bekleme listesinden çıkmak
Yalnızca lansman bekleme listesine e-posta bıraktıysanız ve çıkmak istiyorsanız, support@mootchy.com adresine yazmanız yeterli. Bu ayrı bir kayıttır, uygulama hesabınızla ilgisi yoktur.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Mootchy account and all of your data. The quickest way is from inside the app.
Deleting from the app
Open the Profile tab.
Tap the gear icon at the top right.
On the Account page, scroll to Danger Zone.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you signed in with Apple, Apple's verification page opens during deletion and Mootchy's access to your Apple account is revoked as well. If you close that page without completing it, your account is not deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, username and profile photo (including the stored file)
- Your likes, watch history, lists and favourite titles
- Your goals, statistics and release reminders
- Your ratings, your reviews, the likes they received and the likes you gave
- The accounts you follow, your followers and follow requests
- The accounts you blocked and the reports you sent
- Your Mootchy Night (Movie Night) sessions, swipes, votes and matches
- Your notification records and device tokens
- Your privacy settings, your date of birth and the age range we received from the app store at sign-up
Once deletion completes none of this can be restored.
How long it takes
Your data is removed from the database at the moment you request it. Copies held in backups fall out of rotation within 30 days at the latest.
If you cannot reach the app
If you no longer have your phone or cannot sign in, write to support@mootchy.com from the email address registered to your account.
Once we have verified your identity we will delete the account on your behalf and reply within 30 days at the latest.
Leaving the waitlist
If you only left your email on the launch waitlist and want to be removed, write to support@mootchy.com. That is a separate record and has nothing to do with an app account.
