Çocuk güvenliği standartları

Mootchy, çocukların cinsel istismarına ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı sıfır tolerans uygular. Bu standartlar Mootchy uygulaması ve mootchy.com için geçerlidir.

Yasak olanlar

Çocukların cinsel istismarını ya da sömürüsünü gösteren, öven, teşvik eden ya da kolaylaştıran her içerik ve davranış.
Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM) paylaşmak, istemek ya da ona bağlantı vermek.
Bir çocuğu cinsel amaçla kandırmaya çalışmak (grooming), cinselleştirmek ya da bu amaçla başka bir yerde buluşmaya çalışmak.
Bir çocuğu tehdit eden ya da ona zarar vermeyi öven içerik.

Bu kurallar profil adı, fotoğrafı ve biyografisi, değerlendirmeler, listeler ve uygulamada paylaşılan her içerik için geçerlidir.

Çocukları nasıl koruyoruz

Mootchy 13 yaş ve üstü içindir. Kayıtta doğum tarihi sorulur; uygulama mağazasının yaş bilgisi verdiği yerlerde o bilgi de kullanılır. 13 yaşından küçük olduğunu öğrendiğimiz hesapları sileriz.
18 yaşından küçük hesapların değerlendirmeleri ve listeleri varsayılan olarak yalnız karşılıklı takipleştikleri kişilere görünür.
Onları takip etmek onaylarını ister. Takipçi listeleri başkalarına gösterilmez, aramada yalnız tam kullanıcı adlarıyla bulunurlar ve önerilen hesaplar arasında çıkmazlar.
Değerlendirmelerini yalnız karşılıklı takipleştikleri beğenebilir.
Herkes istemediği bir hesabı engelleyebilir.

Bildirme

Uygulamada bir yorumun, listenin ya da hesabın ··· menüsünden Bildir'e dokunun ve Çocuk istismarı nedenini seçin.

Bu nedenle yapılan bildirimler incelemede en öne alınır. Bir yorumu ya da listeyi iki farklı kişi bildirdiğinde içerik, inceleme bitene kadar herkesten gizlenir.

Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız ya da başka bir endişeniz varsa support@mootchy.com adresine "Çocuk güvenliği" konusuyla yazın.

Bir çocuk hemen tehlikedeyse önce bulunduğunuz yerin acil durum numarasını (Türkiye'de 112) arayın.

Ne yapıyoruz

Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde incelemeyi hedefleriz; çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri her şeyden önce gelir.
Çocuk istismarı içeren içeriği kaldırır, onu paylaşan ya da yapan hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatırız.
Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyalini ve bir çocuğa yönelik gerçek bir tehlikeyi yetkili makamlara bildiririz: ABD'deki kullanıcılar için NCMEC'e (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), Türkiye'de İhbar Web'e ve emniyete, diğer ülkelerde oradaki yetkili kuruma.
Yetkili makamların yasal taleplerine yanıt verir, yasanın gerektirdiği kayıtları saklarız.

Child safety standards

Mootchy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the Mootchy app and to mootchy.com.

What is not allowed

Any content or behaviour that depicts, praises, encourages or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Grooming or sexualising a child, or trying to meet a child elsewhere for that purpose.
Content that threatens a child or praises harming one.

These rules cover profile names, photos and bios, reviews, lists and anything else shared in the app.

How we protect children

Mootchy is for people aged 13 and over. Sign-up asks for a date of birth; where the app store provides an age signal, we use it too. We delete accounts we learn belong to someone under 13.
Reviews and lists by accounts under 18 are visible only to their mutual follows by default.
Following them needs their approval. Their follower lists are not shown to others, search finds them only by their exact username, and they never appear among suggested accounts.
Only their mutual follows can like their reviews.
Anyone can block an account they do not want to hear from.

Reporting

In the app, open the ··· menu of a comment, list or account, tap Report and choose Child abuse or exploitation.

Reports with this reason go to the front of the review queue. When two different people report the same comment or list, it is hidden from everyone until the review is done.

If you cannot use the app, or have any other concern, write to support@mootchy.com with the subject "Child safety".

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

What we do

We aim to review reports within 24 hours, and child safety reports come first.
We remove content that involves the abuse of a child and permanently close the accounts that share or commit it.
We report child sexual abuse material and any real danger to a child to the authorities: NCMEC (the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) for users in the United States, İhbar Web and the police in Türkiye, and the competent authority elsewhere.
We answer lawful requests from the authorities and keep the records the law requires.
