You need nobody to use Mootchy. The feed shapes itself around you as you swipe; what you like becomes lists, what you watch becomes stats.
- Your taste in genre, director and cast is weighted over time. What you liked recently counts for more.
- Titles you have never heard of are mixed in on purpose, so you never get stuck inside your own taste.
- Films and series share one deck. Narrow by genre, year and rating.

Start a Movie Night and send the six-character code. You both swipe blind to each other; the moment you swipe right on the same title, it is a match. Nobody talks anybody into anything.
- Six characters is all it takes. No hunting for accounts, no usernames to memorise.
- The server calls it; neither side can see the result early or sway it.
- When the session ends, everything you matched on stays with both of you.
